Why It Holds Up in Court
A report compiled by a licensed, independent third party reads differently than one built by an interested party. It looks like fact-finding, because it is.
That distinction matters to a judge, a jury, and to opposing counsel weighing whether to push back on it.
What This Can Look Like
Police reports and evidence logs aren't infallible. A mislabeled photo, a timestamp that doesn't line up, a detail in the narrative that contradicts the footage sitting three pages later. Most of it goes unnoticed, because most people reading a report aren't looking for it.
A trained eye is. That's often the difference between a case built on what actually happened, and one built on what the report says happened.

Oceanline follows the evidence where it goes, not where it's convenient. That means our findings won't always feel good, but they will never surprise you in a courtroom. If it's there, we find it. If it's not, we tell you that too.
