DETAILED.
DEFINED.
DELIVERED.

 THE SIXTH.

The Sixth Amendment guarantees every accused person the right to a fair defense. Not just in theory. In practice. That guarantee only holds when someone is actually doing the work to back it up.

 How we work

Oceanline follows the evidence where it goes. Not where it’s convenient. That means my findings won’t always feel good, but they will never surprise you in a courtroom. If it’s there, I find it. If it’s not, I tell you that too.
You get written updates throughout. You don’t chase me down. When the report lands it’s organized, navigable, and built to be used not filed away.

 What we don’t do

We won’t skew an investigation to fit a narrative. We won’t tell you what you want to hear. We won’t overpromise an outcome.
What we will do is make sure the Sixth Amendment means something on your case.

After spending years in manufacturing, from military contracts to firearms production, I learned the critical importance of strict confidentiality, disciplined systems, and how one small detail can change the entire outcome. I bring that same precision to criminal investigations at Oceanline PI. Every case follows a proven systems-driven process: exhaustive discovery review, strategic witness interviews, and relentless attention to detail and inconsistencies. -Ashley Napariu
